  - boil water
  - add dme
  - boil for another 10 minutes
  - let it come down to room temperature. pyrex flasks **can** be (slowly!) heated on the stove, but they can also explode if you give them too much of a thermal shock. just toss it on a trivet in the fridge overnight.
