Blueberry banana pie

  • 8oz cream cheese

  • 1/3rd cup + 1 cup + 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 2 bananas, peeled, sliced

  • 1 quart fresh blueberries

  • 0.5 cup water

  • 3 tbsp corn starch

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 9inch pie shell, baked


  • in a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and 1/3rd cup sugar. Beat until fluffy.

  • Evenly spoon mixture into baked pie shell. Arrange banana slices on top.

  • combine blueberries, water, 1 cup sugar, corn starch in sauce pan. Cook and stir until thick.

  • spread pie filling over banana slices.

  • in a medium bowl, combine 1 cup cream and final 1/2cup sugar. Beat until stiff, spread on top of pie.
