Chicken Stock

Ingredients
- 1x chicken carcass, cooked or roasted 
- 4-5 celery ribs 
- 4x carrots, peeled 
- 1x onion, chopped 
- .5tsp black peppercorns 
- 2x bay leaves 
- 1 small bunch fresh thyme sprigs 
- 1 small bunch Italian prasley with stems 
- cold water 
Directions
- fill pressure cooker to limit, cook on high pressure for 90 minutes. 
- allow to cool naturally
