Chicken Stock

Ingredients

  • 1x chicken carcass, cooked or roasted

  • 4-5 celery ribs

  • 4x carrots, peeled

  • 1x onion, chopped

  • .5tsp black peppercorns

  • 2x bay leaves

  • 1 small bunch fresh thyme sprigs

  • 1 small bunch Italian prasley with stems

  • cold water

Directions

  • fill pressure cooker to limit, cook on high pressure for 90 minutes.

  • allow to cool naturally
