Ingredients
1x chicken carcass, cooked or roasted
4-5 celery ribs
4x carrots, peeled
1x onion, chopped
.5tsp black peppercorns
2x bay leaves
1 small bunch fresh thyme sprigs
1 small bunch Italian prasley with stems
cold water
Directions
fill pressure cooker to limit, cook on high pressure for 90 minutes.
allow to cool naturally
