  • 500g pork, ground

  • 500g beef, ground

  • 5x leeks

  • 1.5L veggie broth

  • 500g cheese

  • 300g Creme Fraiche (sour cream)

  • onion powder

  • garlic powder

  • salt

  • pepper

  • fat


  • Cut the whites of the leeks into coins. Discard the rest. Wash the leeks, separating the coins into many rings.

  • Heat fat in a pot, add meats. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in leeks. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.

  • Add broth, cook for 10 more minutes.

  • Add remaining ingredients, cook for 5 minutes.
