Ingredients
500g pork, ground
500g beef, ground
5x leeks
1.5L veggie broth
500g cheese
300g Creme Fraiche (sour cream)
onion powder
garlic powder
salt
pepper
fat
Directions
Cut the whites of the leeks into coins. Discard the rest. Wash the leeks, separating the coins into many rings.
Heat fat in a pot, add meats. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in leeks. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Add broth, cook for 10 more minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, cook for 5 minutes.
