Memphis Oven Ribs


  • Memphis Dry Rub


  • 1lb rack of pork ribs

  • ½ cup memphis rib rub


  • preheat broiler

  • remove ribs membrane

  • apply rub, as much as will stick

  • line baking tray with foil, then cooling rack on top, then ribs on rack.

  • broil until bubbling and sizzling - but only if there’s sugar in the rub. Just sear it.

  • Let the oven cool to 250F/120C.

  • bake 2 hours, then cover with foil (you don’t have to seal it), then cook remaining 2 hours. The rack should be limp.
