Pat-In-The-Pan Butter Dough

  • 190g all-purpose flour

  • 0.5 tsp salt

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened, cut into 8 pieces

  • 40g heavy cream


  • whisk in a bowl, or process in a food processor for 10 seconds, the flour and salt.

  • mash in butter until crumbles form

  • drizzle heavy cream over. stir until it sticks together.
