Pat-In-The-Pan Butter Dough

Ingredients
190g all-purpose flour
0.5 tsp salt
1 stick unsalted butter, softened, cut into 8 pieces
40g heavy cream
Directions
whisk in a bowl, or process in a food processor for 10 seconds, the flour and salt.
mash in butter until crumbles form
drizzle heavy cream over. stir until it sticks together.
