  • 1x rotisserie chicken

  • 1x steamer bag veggies

  • 2 rolls pie crust

  • 1 stick butter

  • .5cup flour

  • 1L chicken broth

  • salt

  • pepper

  • poultry seasoning

  • rosemary


  • carve meat off chicken carcass, and cut into bite-size pieces.

  • {“Rue”=>”melt butter, whisk in flour until homogenous. Cook on medium, whisking occasionally, until slightly browned.”}

  • {“Gravy”=>”add broth to the rue, whisking constantly, to avoid lumps. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a slow boil. add seasoning.”}

  • Prepare veggies according to packet instructions.

  • line vesel with pie crust, fill with gravy/veggies/meat, cover with pie crust. puncture pie crust with fork all over.
