Ingredients
1x rotisserie chicken
1x steamer bag veggies
2 rolls pie crust
1 stick butter
.5cup flour
1L chicken broth
salt
pepper
poultry seasoning
rosemary
Directions
carve meat off chicken carcass, and cut into bite-size pieces.
{“Rue”=>”melt butter, whisk in flour until homogenous. Cook on medium, whisking occasionally, until slightly browned.”}
{“Gravy”=>”add broth to the rue, whisking constantly, to avoid lumps. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a slow boil. add seasoning.”}
Prepare veggies according to packet instructions.
line vesel with pie crust, fill with gravy/veggies/meat, cover with pie crust. puncture pie crust with fork all over.
Bake at 350F until crust is golden brown, around 1:15:00
